Kanana located in the south-west of the Okavango Delta has 7 luxury tents, a family tent and sleep out deck. Explore the crystal clear canals of the Delta by Mokoro or motorboat and enjoy the beautiful birds and plants. Briding is spectacular at Kanana, the “heronry” is home to one of the largest breeding grounds in southern Africa for various species of storks and pelicans. Rebuilt in 2020, Shinde is located in the north of the Okavango Delta and features a unique ‘treehouse style’ communal area with lounges, dining spaces, and a fire pit, all offering stunning views of a permanent lagoon. Each luxury tent includes a spacious bedroom and a private bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers. Situated on a private concession, Shinde offers a variety of activities including day and night game drives (maximum of four people per car), boat safaris, bush walks, and mokoro trips. Thanks to the permanent water, water activities are available year-round.
